DigitalAim offer independent, confidential dispute resolution for projects that have for whatever reason not gone as planned. In an ideal world project management commitments and agreed deliverables by client and agency are agreed and understood at the project-planning phase. As our technologies grow in complexity and sophistication, sometimes, and for a variety of reasons, expectations are not met, resulting in a breakdown of client / project relations. DigitalAim's independent resource can be used to mediate and redefine short and medium term deliverables to get a project back on track.
